Prior to enrollment, every family will meet with the treatment team and discuss individual needs to make sure we are able to provide the level of service needed by your family member. We want our services to give you abd your loved one peace of mind.

Finding the right place to trust your loved one is hard. We want you to try us out, see if we meet your family needs.

Enrollment

Prior to enrollment, every family will meet with the treatment team and discuss individual needs to make sure we are able to provide the level of service needed by your family member. We want our services to give you and your loved one peace of mind.

At our initial appointment we will gather the following

Medical history including a recent MD assessment
Medication list
Treatment history – both physical and mental trauma health
A list of any hobbies and interests

Each potential client is invited to spend a full day at the center. We want them to join in on our activities, get to know us and determine if we are a good match.
